Future Systems Announces EZPaynote Notifications

We know that many employees check their bank accounts first thing on pay day to make sure that they have received their deposit. With EZPaynote notifications, your employees can now sign up to receive an email or text notifying them of an incoming deposit.

Even better, this is setup by the employee with no need for you, the employer, to do anything!

EZPaynote Features:

• Employees are notified of the amount being deposited on or before pay day

• Employees can choose to receive notifications by email and/or text

EZPaynote Signup Instructions:

1. Go to EZPaynote.com
2. Click the “Create an Account” button.
3. Enter in the requested information, which is:
   • Date and amount of their last deposit
   • Bank account and routing numbers
4. Click “Sign Up” to continue the process.

After registering successfully, employees can update their notification settings and add additional accounts if they have multiple direct deposits. They can then access EZPaynote.com in the future should they want to change their settings or if they change bank accounts.

*(Individual banks post deposits at different times and funds may not be available until that bank has cleared their incoming direct deposits.)
